Websites for estate agents
A website for your estate agency, with a page for each house you sell: buyers walk through it room by room, tap the floor plan to reach any room and see the BER and what it takes to buy. Agency websites from €1,490, always priced in writing.

What buyers look for
The whole house, in order
Every room in the order you would walk it, not twenty loose photos: buyers understand the layout before they visit.
The floor plans
Plans with the size of each room. On the website, tapping a room can take the buyer straight to it.
The facts and the BER
Bedrooms, bathrooms, floor area and the BER, said plainly near the top. Every sale advert in Ireland must include the BER.
What it takes to buy
The deposit, the stamp duty and the income the bank asks for, worked out at the asking price with the official rules.
The area
The town, the schools, the park, how to get there: only what can be checked, with every photo credited.
A viewing in one step
A button to book a viewing by WhatsApp, phone or email, always at hand, on a phone too.
Cois Coille, piece by piece
A complete page I built for an invented house for sale in Killarney, sold by an invented agency, Tobar Property. It is not a real listing: it shows what each part does, and you can try it. It is in English, as an Irish listing would be.

- Walk in as you scroll
- The page opens on the porch, and scrolling walks the buyer through the front door and room by room, with one line on each room.
- The house in numbers
- Three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, 165 m² (about 1,776 sq ft), four bathrooms in all and the BER, on a calm paper band.
- Plans that take you there
- Tap a room on the floor plan and the walk-through goes straight to it.
- What it takes to buy it
- At the asking price: the cash needed, the mortgage and the income the bank asks for, under the Central Bank's mortgage rules and Revenue's stamp duty, with their sources.
- The details and the area
- Close-ups from the video, and Killarney National Park in three credited photos.
- A viewing, not a form
- Book a viewing on WhatsApp, call or email. In the demo these buttons show a notice instead, because the agency does not exist.

What every listing must show
Before the design, the rules. The page shows them where buyers look first.
The BER, in Ireland
Every advert for a home for sale or to let must include its Building Energy Rating. Certificates issued since 24 May 2026 use the new A0 to G scale.
The PSRA licence number, in Ireland
An estate agent must display its licence number in every advertisement or sales brochure, in its business letters and on its signs.
The energy label, in Spain
Every offer, promotion and advert for the sale or rent of a home must include its energy efficiency label.

Your quote, worked out now
Business comes ticked: up to 5 pages, enough for the agency, the houses for sale, the area, questions and contact. A walk-through like Cois Coille's depends on the video and the plans, so I price it in your written quote.

Ask for this quote in writingFrequently asked questions
Can each house have its own page, like Cois Coille? Yes. A page for each house, with its walk-through or its photos, the plans, the facts, the BER and a button to book a viewing. What it costs depends on the video and the plans, so I price it in writing before I start.
Do I need a video for the walk-through? A steady video is enough: filmed slowly on a phone held sideways with the wide lens, room by room with the lights on. I turn it into frames that move with the scroll. Without a video, the same page works with good photos.
Does it replace Daft.ie or MyHome.ie? No. Buyers will keep searching there. Your website is a place of your own to show each house your way, and you can share its link by email, on social media and with every enquiry.
What must a property advert include? In Ireland, the home's BER and the agency's PSRA licence number. In Spain, the energy efficiency label. The page shows them where buyers look first. This is a guide, not legal advice.
Will the agency show up on Google Maps? Places on Google Maps come from a Google Business Profile, and setting yours up is included in every package. Nobody can promise a position on Google, and I don't either.
How much does it cost? From €690 for a one-page website and from €1,490 for an agency website with up to 5 pages. A walk-through page like Cois Coille is priced in writing, depending on the video and the plans. Domain and hosting are paid to the provider.
