  • With me

A care plan at €49 a month: hosting management, updates, backups and up to 30 minutes of small changes. Domain and hosting are paid to the provider.

What pushes the price up

The same questions decide any quote. Next to each one, what it costs with me.

  • Pages

Each page is more design and more text.

    €150 per extra page

  • Languages

Each language is the whole website again, translated and checked.

    €199 per extra language

  • Bookings, payments or a shop

A booking request form is simple; taking payments or selling online means more parts to build and test.

Booking requests in Business; shops quoted in writing

  • Custom design

A template is cheaper to start with; a custom design is built around your business.

    Custom in every package

  • Texts and photos

Someone has to write the texts and take the photos. Ask who does it before you compare.

Photos not included; texts agreed in your proposal

  • An AI assistant

A chat that answers your customers, with a monthly cost for the AI behind it.

    €390 + €29/month

  • Support after launch

Who fixes things when something changes, and for how long.

My prices, in writing

My starting prices sit in the low to middle part of the ranges above. I confirm the exact price in writing before any work starts.

Founding clients. The first 5 websites cost 20 % less, in exchange for letting me show them in the portfolio with your business name. No review is asked in return. Until 31 March 2027 or until the places run out. 5 of 5 places left.

Frequently asked questions

Why do quotes vary so much? Because they rarely include the same things. Compare the number of pages and languages, who writes the texts and takes the photos, how many rounds of changes, the support after launch, and whether domain, hosting and VAT are included.

Is VAT included in these prices? It depends on each quote. Many prices in Ireland are given without VAT, whose standard rate is 23%. My starting prices do not include VAT where it applies, and the written quote says so.

What is usually left out of the price? The domain and the hosting, paid to the provider; professional photography; and changes after the support period. Ask for each of them in writing before you compare.

Is there any help to pay for a website? Not for a custom-built website. The Local Enterprise Offices' Trading Online Voucher no longer exists: in 2024 it was replaced by the Grow Digital Voucher. That pays half the eligible cost of new software (AI included) and training, up to €5,000, but not bespoke website development, and you need a Digital for Business project completed in the last two years. Ask the Local Enterprise Office in your county what it covers for you.

Is a cheap template enough? Sometimes. For one simple page, a template can do the job. The difference shows in a design built around your business, the time you spend doing it yourself and having someone to call when something needs changing.
